We inform that, starting from 25 May 2018, the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR) has become fully applicable and has been added to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the Code, in guaranteeing the protection of individuals
against improper data processing, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and with reference to the confidentiality and rights of concerned. Considering the obligation to provide you with information, pursuant to the aforementioned regulation, Mr.
Alessandro Sgaravatti, as President of Registro Italiano Miura Srl, subsequently named RIM, based in Piazzetta Jesolo 14, Jesolo (Venezia), and as Data Controller, informs as follows:
1. PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT
The data provided through the registration form are processed for the purposes related to:
- the proper and regular performance of RIM.
- the correct provision of services relating to the organisation of events, travel, and printing of necessary material;
Regarding sensitive and judicial data, which may be known by the Data Controller, we inform you that they will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with current regulations.
2. DATA PROVISION
The provision of data is mandatory to fulfil the professional mandate of RIM, and to fulfil the accounting and tax requirements established by current legislation on the activities referred to in points 1.a and 1.b.
2.A. USE OF IMAGES
RIM informs that photographers will be working during the event, with the task of documenting the event and creating images for RIM, including images of cars and participants. RIM is the owner of the Copyright, some of the images may be used for promotional purposes (for RIM website or social media account). The images will be published in respect of the privacy of the participants.
3. PROCESSING METHOD
The data processing will be carried out with the aid of electronic and IT tools and with manual procedures and may consist of any operation or set of operations, all by specifically appointed persons. The data will be processed according to a logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data. These will be recorded, organised, and archived in computer and / or paper files and will be updated whenever necessary or requested.
4. COMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA
The Data Controller is Mr. Alessandro Sgaravatti as President of RIM Srl.
The Customer may request, without particular formalities, the Data Controller indicated above to provide all the information necessary for the exercise of the rights of the interested party pursuant to art. 6, by sending written communication by registered letter to the address indicated above or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@registroitalianomiura.it

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA HOLDER
The Customers may, at any moment and with extreme simplicity, exercise their rights.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and the communication of the same in an intelligible way.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain information about:
- the origin of his personal data;
- purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- the identification details of the Data Controller, the data processors and the designated representative;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may becommunicated
2. The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, if necessary, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, also in terms of content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
3. The interested party has the right to, totally or partially, oppose:
- the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons of their concern, even if pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
- the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.
